C and C++ use the same library: `kjarni.h` is the C API and `kjarni.hpp` is a C++23
header-only wrapper over it with a class for each capability marked.

1. In-memory index built in the page, through the lower-level `WasmSearch` and
   `WasmIndexBuilder` classes rather than the high-level `Kjarni` class.
2. Behind the `image-io` cargo feature. The released native libraries, and so every
   binding, include it.
3. The `Kjarni.Extensions.AI` package, .NET 8. Tool calling is not supported yet.
